Approved Affiliate Partners earn 25% of eligible subscription revenue for up to 12 months from each qualifying referred customer. There is no preset limit on the number of eligible customers you can refer.

We use a 60-day referral window. A qualifying customer must subscribe within 60 days of the applicable affiliate interaction.

Last-touch. If a customer interacts with multiple affiliates before subscribing, the last valid affiliate link or code used before the conversion generally receives credit.

Commissions remain pending for 60 days before becoming eligible for payout. Approved commissions are included in the next applicable monthly payout cycle.

The review period gives us time to identify refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, excluded purchases, and other billing adjustments before commissions are paid.

Eligible new customers receive 20% off their first three months of a qualifying monthly self-serve subscription through the Visuals Partner Discount. Existing customers and customers with a previous Visuals account are generally not eligible for the introductory discount.

No. Annual plans already include annual pricing and cannot be combined with the introductory Partner Discount. You can still earn commission on an eligible annual subscription, based on the net amount paid.

No. Affiliate discounts are intended for new paying customers who have not previously held a paid Visuals subscription. Former customers who cancel and later resubscribe are not eligible for a new-customer discount or new affiliate attribution. We may approve exceptions in writing for specific partnerships or win-back campaigns.

API access, credits, and usage allowances included within an eligible Visuals subscription plan qualify as part of that subscription payment.

Separately purchased API credits, metered overages, standalone credit purchases, and other amounts billed outside the standard subscription fee do not qualify unless we approve otherwise in writing.

Not when the credits are purchased separately. Credits included in an eligible subscription plan are part of the qualifying subscription payment. One-time credit purchases and additional add-on credit packs are excluded.

No. Enterprise, custom, reseller, volume, and other negotiated or non-self-serve agreements are excluded unless we confirm in writing that the transaction is eligible. If you have an enterprise-sized lead, contact our team to discuss a separate arrangement.

Eligible subscription changes made during the 12-month commission period may adjust your commission based on the customer's net qualifying subscription payment.

If a customer cancels, previously earned valid commissions remain subject to the program rules. No additional recurring commissions are earned after the customer stops making eligible subscription payments.

The associated commission will be reduced or voided. If it has already been paid, we may deduct the amount from a future payout or request repayment.

No. Self-referrals are prohibited. You cannot earn a commission from your own account, purchases made on your behalf, or accounts created primarily to obtain a commission or discount.

Paid advertising requires prior written approval. Bidding on “Visuals.fm,” “Visuals FM,” misspellings, discount-related branded searches, or other Visuals trademarks is prohibited.

Yes, within legitimate original content such as tutorials, reviews, videos, and newsletters. You may not publish fake or unauthorized codes, or place your code on coupon, cashback, loyalty, or browser-extension platforms without approval.

Not automatically. Coupon-focused websites require prior written approval and must demonstrate that they provide meaningful, original value rather than simply intercepting customers who were already preparing to purchase. A website that includes a deals section is not automatically prohibited — we consider the overall quality, audience, and originality of each applicant.

Clearly tell your audience that you may earn a commission when they purchase through your link or code. The disclosure should be easy to notice and appear close to the recommendation or affiliate link.

Your affiliate dashboard may display a general sale description and commission amount. We do not provide affiliates with customer email addresses, and may limit other customer information for privacy reasons.

Yes. We may update commission rates, discounts, eligibility requirements, attribution rules, or other program terms for future activity. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Participation is subject to the full Affiliate Program Terms, which control if this page and those terms ever conflict.
